Refund & Cancellation Policy

Perishable Products – No Return

Because fresh meat & frozen items spoil quickly, we do NOT accept returns once the order is delivered.

When Refunds Are Allowed

A refund may be provided ONLY IF:

  • Order is cancelled before packing

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Item arrived spoiled (photo proof required within 15 minutes of receiving delivery)

No Refund Cases

Refund will NOT apply if:

  • Customer changes mind after order delivery

  • Customer stored product improperly

  • Customer was unavailable to receive delivery

  • Delivery was attempted but failed due to customer unavailability
