Perishable Products – No Return
Because fresh meat & frozen items spoil quickly, we do NOT accept returns once the order is delivered.
When Refunds Are Allowed
A refund may be provided ONLY IF:

Order is cancelled before packing

Wrong item was delivered
-
Item arrived spoiled (photo proof required within 15 minutes of receiving delivery)
No Refund Cases
Refund will NOT apply if:

Customer changes mind after order delivery

Customer stored product improperly

Customer was unavailable to receive delivery

Delivery was attempted but failed due to customer unavailability
