By browsing or placing an order on FMCC, you accept these terms:
1. Products
We sell fresh meat (chicken, mutton) and frozen snacks for household consumption only.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to place an order.
3. Order Processing
Orders may be cancelled if:
Products are unavailable
Delivery location is outside service area
Payment fails
Customer is unreachable
4. Pricing
Prices may change without notice.
Taxes and delivery fees may apply depending on location.
5. Consumption Responsibility
Customers must store frozen and fresh items properly after delivery.
FMCC is not responsible for spoilage after items are handed over.
6. Limitation of Liability
FMCC is not liable for:
Improper storage post-delivery
Allergic reactions
Self-cooking / food-handling mishaps
